3. Document Security & Retention

Your documents are uploaded via encrypted channels to secure cloud storage buckets (Supabase) and accessible only via authenticated mechanisms governed by Row Level Security (RLS). We retain documents only as long as necessary to fulfill your extraction requests unless you explicitly choose to maintain them in your dashboard. You have the right to request deletion of all your processed files at any time. We never train public AI models on your private documents.
