By accessing and using SmartDoc AI (provided by Green Life Company), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. Description of Service
SmartDoc AI is an automated document data extraction service designed for businesses in Bahrain and the GCC. We process documents (such as invoices, receipts, and contracts) and provide structured data outputs.
3. User Accounts
To use certain features of the service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Data Processing and Privacy
We process your documents solely for the purpose of providing the extraction service. We do not claim ownership of your documents or extracted data. For more details on how we handle your data, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
5. Subscription and Payments
Some aspects of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring, periodic basis (such as monthly or annually). Upgrading or downgrading your plan may result in prorated charges. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
6. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Green Life Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service.
7. Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. We will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
